15th Sept 2003: With DRIFTNET still in the Scottish best sellers list after six weeks, it was time for the launch event for the Rest of the UK at Ottakar's at Greenwich. It was yet another of those hot sunny days that have have characterised the summer of 2003, so it was good that the bookshop has an excellent air cooling system.
The press were in attandance, and Lin posed for
photos with Emma Hart, forensic scientist and Lin's technical advisor for
DRIFTNET. It was generally agreed that
DRIFTNET looked set to sell as well
in the rest of the UK as it was selling in Scotland. |
